Family in need while father has cancer

My name is Tim Clements and I was recently diagnosed with a potentially cancerous tumor causing a sixty percent blockage in my small intestine. It has made it to where I am unable to hold down solid foods and I have lost almost thirty pounds in the past month. This has left me totally unable to work and provide even the smallest needs for my children. I have two kids a five year old son and a two year old daughter who are truely my main concern in this matter. I'm not looking for a free ride or anything like that this has just honestly been the first time in my life i simply can not just work myself out of trouble. I don't have health insurance so it cost me a minimum of fifty dollars everytime I walk in the door of the doctors office. I am simply asking for help so I can be relieved of the stressed of how to provide for my family and actually have the ability to get myself taken care of.
