In Memory of Michael Miktus

On Friday, July 18, my good friend Matt Miktus tragically lost his brother Michael, who had celebrated his 33rd birthday only a day earlier. Matt, his wife Alyssa and their almost two year old daughter Madison have taken in Millie Grace and Ludo, who were Michael's two dogs. One is an American bull terrier and the other a bull mastiff.

This has the potential to be a difficult transition to say the least. The burden of arranging and affording training for their new additions, while managing their own personal grief, and continuing to be wonderful parents is not going to be an easy task.

I'm reaching out to our community of friends and loved ones to ask for help in alleviating at least one of these concerns. We always say to those in grief, "If there's anything you need, just let me know." Now, you can help.
