Bryon Murillo Funeral Expenses

Earlier this year Byron Murillo Torres became sick, and after some extensive testing we unfortunately learned that he has developed cancer in his spine. Byron is a hardworking husband, father, and grandfather with a gentle soul has always been willing to help those in need. Now Byron needs our help.

He returned from a vacation in March sick with strong body pains which he was treated for at Kaiser. After several visits to the emergency room to be treated for his pains that were becoming stronger throughout his body, he was diagnosed with cancer (Burkitt Lymphoma Stage 4). He was hospitalized and after four long months of chemotherapy treatments, the doctors informed us that it had progressed into terminal cancer. This news was devastating for his wife, son, grandchildren and siblings.

Byron works at Speech and Language Development Center (SLDC) being a good role model and impacting the growth and development of the lives of many students with special needs.

We are raising money to help alleviate the pressure of the growing medical and living expenses. Any amount you are able to donate would be greatly appreciated, and will be used to continue his fight against cancer as well as help with living expenses.

A principios de este año, Byron Murillo Torres se enfermó y, después de algunas pruebas exhaustivas, lamentablemente supimos que había desarrollado cáncer en la columna. Byron es un esposo, padre y abuelo trabajador con un alma amable que siempre ha estado dispuesto a ayudar a los necesitados. Ahora Byron necesita nuestra ayuda.

Regresó de unas vacaciones en marzo enfermo con fuertes dolores corporales por los que fue tratado en Kaiser. Después de varias visitas a la sala de emergencias para ser tratado por sus dolores que se hacían más fuertes en todo el cuerpo, se le diagnosticó cáncer (Linfoma de Burkitt Etapa 4). Fue hospitalizado y después de cuatro largos meses de tratamientos de quimioterapia, los médicos nos informaron que había progresado a un cáncer terminal. Esta noticia fue devastadora para su esposa, hijo, nietos y hermanos.

Byron trabaja en el Centro de Desarrollo del Habla y Lenguaje (SLDC) siendo un buen modelo a seguir e impactando el crecimiento y desarrollo de las vidas de muchos estudiantes con necesidades especiales.

Estamos recaudando dinero para ayudar a aliviar la presión de los crecientes gastos médicos y de manutención. Cualquier cantidad que pueda donar sería muy apreciada y se utilizará para continuar su lucha contra el cáncer, así como para ayudar con los gastos de manutención.
