Brutus Davidson: Medical Relief

For the last 2 months, my bestest friends (Candyce & Andrew) have been struggling with their pup, Brutus. In mid-July, Brutus developed mysterious medical symptoms that left Candyce and Andrew (& veterinary staff) confused and frustrated. After 10 weeks of medications, tests, and treatments, it was confirmed today that Brutus has lymphoma. The doctor advised that the cancer will likely be treatment resistant. Because of the fluid in his lungs, Brutus is having a hard time breathing and we were told he has limited time. Candyce & Andrew are devastated, to say the least. Tonight (Oct 2), they will be saying goodbye to their sweet boy. Their grief will be overwhelming. I am hopeful we can at least support Candyce and Andrew by providing some financial relief for the nearly 6K they have spent for Brutus’ medical treatment during the last two months.
