In Love & Support of the Family of Bruce White Jr

This is a fund intended solely to benefit the family of Bruce & Erika White.

To know Bruce was truly to love him! You couldn’t help but have a Bruce White story of how you met, how he impacted your life, or how vibrantly and passionately he lived his own!

We have all witnessed Bruce White live as a devoted minister, mentor, community leader, educator, but most importantly, a loving husband, committed father, caring son, dependable brother, and loyal friend!

Amidst juggling all those roles, many are aware that Bruce was also a RELENTLESS FIGHTER! Not long ago, Bruce was diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure, receiving dialysis three times per week in order to live. Yet, rather than blindly accept this diagnosis, he made the decision to live HARDER, completely changing his entire lifestyle, diet and outlook! He chose to fully embrace his ‘new normal’, inspiring others to prioritize their health and believing God for his own with every breath.

Yet, God must have had other work for him to do as Bruce, suddenly and unexpectedly, transitioned from this life just 4 days before Christmas, and nearly 4 weeks shy of the birth of his baby boy, Zachariah.

Though we trust God in all things, we must admit that our hearts ache tremendously for the family over this situation. And while we may not understand everything now, TRUSTING GOD requires that we lean and rely heavily on God’s Word, and each other, even when things seem unclear.

With 7 children to raise on her own, Erika will need us, her village, more than ever before! That said, please find it in your heart to donate to her and the family to cover impending expenses, family needs and/or by giving to her baby registry:

This moment will be heavy, but the journey forward will be for a lifetime! So any support you can offer, monetary or otherwise, both now and in the future, is much appreciated! All proceeds will go directly to the family. Please keep Erika, and the children, in your prayers and on your hearts. We KNOW God’s grace is sufficient to cover them, His strength will be evident in their times of need, and the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep their hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
