Donate to NSW Wildlife Australian Fires (WIRES)
This event is being held to raise money to put towards the devastating bushfires that are happening in Australia. 100% of the donations will be going straight to the Wildlife Emergency Fund (WIRES) in NSW.
Our beautiful country has had tragic losses of homes, loved ones, wildlife and flora and fauna The fires are reaching 12 metres high at this point and have been on going since September last year! A huge thank you to everyone who has contributed or donated anything to these catastrophic fires and a special thank you to Canada and NZ for helping our incredible fire fighters.
Our air quality is so poor and are 20 times above hazardous levels, 500 Million animals have died, including 1/3 of our beautiful cuddly Koala population, the fires have spread to 5,000,000 hectares and we are faced with the biggest evacuation in Australia's history is currently happening in my home town NSW.
I know for a fact that our entire country feels helpless and lost. As a Aussie living in Canada I feel like I needed to do something to contribute to my home and what's happening.
