Jake Broke His Foot. Help Needed

I was in an accident and had to have six screws and a plate put into my foot and ankle. My employer does not offer short term disability and I will be out of work for 10 weeks with no income. I have a wife and a 5 year old boy to provide for. Please help me keep my house, power and water going.
