Brock Anderson Medical Expenses

Brock & Ashely Anderson are like most other young families.   Between work, school, and kids, they stay on the go most of the time.   Brock works full time as a market manager for US Bank Payment Solutions.  Ashley is a preschool teacher at First Presbyterian Preschool.  They have 2 beautiful kids, Brayden (14) and Lily (9).  Brayden has played competitive baseball pretty much since he could run the bases and Lily is involved in gymnastics and volleyball. 
With all of the busy-ness of day to day life, it's no wonder Brock started feeling more tired than usual a few months ago.   But when he developed a cough that he just couldn't shake, he finally went to the doctor and they got the news that no one is prepared for.   Cancer.  A rare, aggressive type of cancer that is unresponsive to traditional therapies (chemo and radiation).  A couple of weeks, several more tests, and a surgery later, it was confirmed that it is Stage 4 melanoma that has metastasized to the brain, lungs, and lymph nodes.  He has already done gamma knife radiation and is undergoing immune therapy treatment at UAMS in Little Rock.  His treatments are a whopping $150,000 a dose.  

With Brock being the main financial provider for the family, the financial toll that this could take on them is huge.  Their road is long and hard, but they are strong, determined, faithful, and hopeful. 
The goal of this page is to lessen some of the stress that they have before them.    Any amount, no matter how small, is truly appreciated, as they will need help with day to day living expenses, gas money to get back and forth to Little Rock, and just trying to keep life as normal as possible for Bray and Lily.   
Brock and Ashley are a hardworking couple who have spent years working and sacrificing to build a life for their family that they can both be proud of.  They aren't ones to ask for help.  With their permission, this page was created so that we (their family) can ask you all for help.  Please help out if you can and share this page.
