in need of medical treatment

October the 3rd I fell 37 feet from a fire escape. I have had spinal surgery, my pelvis was broken, my heel had 5 screws placed and broken ribs. I did not have insurance and as a result was released from the hospital early,  I need to go to physical therapy so i can heal, As a result of the fall I lost my job and have no income.  This goal is just a fraction of what it will cost however just getting in the door to a facility will help begin me on the road to recovery,  I can not walk, or use a walker at this point. I also need assistance with daily activities and help paying bills.
