DIY bench spot in Bristol

Project update. 

Thank you to everyone who donated to this cause. After consultation with local users it became apparent that this space was already used for a range of other purposes. To avoid any conflict of interest we will locate the benches somewhere else where they can be used and enjoyed by all members of the public. As always we are only looking to improve the usability of spaces that look and feel otherwise un-loved. Stay tuned for further updates.

Supporting DIY Skate spots in Bristol.

DIY skate facilities provide an essential hub for Bristol's skate scene and offer a safe and sociable space for young people to exercise out doors throughout the pandemic. 

Skateboarding and BMX riding are ideal activities under the current circumstances as they can be done alone or in small groups and do not involve any physical contact. The importance of outdoor exercise has never been more important which is why we are supporting the ongoing improvement of  these facilities.
