Bring the crepes back

Is food your love language? If you’ve ever had Crepes Parfait, you know it’s theirs. Roberto and Mounir have blended their chef expertise with extensive restaurant and hospitality experience into an amazing product that comes to you. The recognizable truck and gents fed us and cared for us with from-scratch deliciousness, genuine smiles and heartfelt conversation before and throughout the pandemic. They became a regular favorite in many communities, with people looking forward to their arrival. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, the truck needed repair, as trucks occasionally do, and they’ve had to cancel many events. After a long and costly three weeks of trying in vain to keep it running, they were notified that the truck was beyond repair with transmission, suspension and the crankshaft issues, to mention a few. How’s that for a well-loved mobile restaurant!

Having exhausted their ideas, resources and savings, the outlook seems bleak. So now it’s our turn to return the love, come together and get them back to it - bringing those healthy and authentic French crepes to our towns!! With the help of their mechanic, the first $5k will secure a temporary engine to get them cooking while a new truck is secured, equipped and modified into a little mobile piece of Paris. No donation is too small, and all donations go directly to Crepes Parfait.

What better way to bring some sweet and savory kindness to this crazy world we’re in these days than help our friends stay in the business they’ve poured their hearts and souls into for 10 years… and keep it pouring onto a hot griddle for those perfect crepes!
