Bring SWAY WILD to Bemidji -- May 11,2022

We are raising money to bring the band Sway Wild to Bemidji on May 11, 2022 to perform at the Chief Theater!  We need your help to fund this opportunity to make this concert happen.   The funds raised will go to the band and to cover facility costs to help support our beloved local Chief Theater.  When donating, please keep in mind that we are fundraising rather than charging admission and admission for 2 people would normally cost $40.  Thanks in advance for helping support smaller musicians in a time when it is increasing harder to carve out a living in music!  Any funds raised above the $1,640 will be donated to Headwaters School of Music and Art!

Sway Wild (Mandy Fer & Dave McGraw) is a San Juan Island, WA-based indie folk-rock duo that has shared the stage with the likes of Iron & Wine, Lake Street Dive, Gregory Alan Isakov, and Mandolin Orange.  Sway Wild’s infectious sound explores the corners of rock, pop, funk, prog, worldbeat, and folk, but at its nucleus it is undeniably a music full of joy.   Mandy Fer also tours as the lead guitarist for Grammy nominated Allison Russell and recently performed with Brandi Carlile and Jason Isbell.  She also recently performed at the 2022 Grammy Awards and on the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
