Bring Rommy Home ♥️

On February 6, 2018, my mom had a seizure as a result of a failing liver, failing kidneys, and a blood leak in her brain. She was rushed to the ER and has been in the ICU ever since. She has been unconscious since she arrived, but we are hoping she will wake up soon.

If any of you are lucky enough to know my mom, you know just how strong, witty, and beautiful she is. She is the kindest woman in the world who lives for her family and would do anything to keep them out of harms way. The TRUE momma wolf. Unfortunately, her condition is forcing us to reverse roles and protect her now, which we are entirely ready to do. We have been by her side all day, every day and plan to continue to be here until she wakes.

Despite the negativity and lack of hope being expressed by the doctors in control of her care, we are remaining positive and banking on prayers and her immense strength to pull her through this time in her life. So far, we have been told that she will be in the ICU for at least a month to receive the supportive care that she needs to allow her liver and kidneys to repair themselves.

I am never the type to ask for help in any situation (I get that from my mom), but my dad is going to be stuck with hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills to bring her home. Despite the costs, we are willing to do whatever it takes. She is a wife, mother, step-mom, sister, and best friend that has so much life left to be lived with her loved ones.

If your situation allows, any contribution would be so beyond generous. If not, all we ask is that you please please please keep my beautiful mommy in your heart and prayers as she fights this battle. Let’s bring Rommy home!

Thank you all from myself and my family ♥️
