Bring Marti Gorman Home

Hi, My Name is Laura, and I'm fundraising £35k to bring my cousin Marti Gorman home from a Hospital in Portugal.

Last week we celebrated a family wedding together in the Algarve. The day after the ceremony, Marti suffered a stroke with severe bleeding in the brain and was hospitalised in an ICU; we all held our breath.

Against the odds, Marti fought through the trauma and woke up, and her prognosis has since improved. Now, we need to get her home. Marti needs to continue her treatment in a Belfast hospital. She needs to be close to her children and her parents. The only way this can safely happen is on an air ambulance which is considerably expensive and needs to be self-financed.

We urgently ask you to please donate whatever you can to help us secure an air ambulance to bring Marti home and allow her to recover in hospital with her family at her side.

Marti is a much-loved mother, daughter, colleague and friend whose bright positivity and humour are needed by all who love her. Please help us to help Marti.
