My Story reads like a Netflix Special.

My name is Lana, and I’m a proud mother of four beautiful children — two amazing sons from a previous marriage, ages 12 and 9, and two sweet little girls I now share with my loving husband.

Anyone who knows me understands the horrors I dealt with in my previous marriage and what it took me to get out. I fought hard for my freedom and for a better life for my sons. I’ve since rebuilt my world with a wonderful husband who cherishes our blended family. Together, we’ve created a home filled with love, safety, and joy.

But for years now, that joy has been overshadowed by an unrelenting storm of false accusations and legal harassment from my sons’ biological father. His repeated and baseless allegations of abuse — aimed not just at me, but at my husband, our parents, and even extended family — have torn our family apart.

Every single credible agency that has investigated these claims has found no evidence of wrongdoing. Not once. Still, he continues to weaponize the legal system against us.

We’ve now been dragged through years of family court battles in New Jersey — over 40 lawyers have represented him. His tactics follow a disturbing pattern: when the court doesn’t rule in his favor, he files lawsuits against judges, clerks, court-appointed attorneys, and even custody experts. His aim is clear — to isolate me from my sons.

Despite our best efforts, we’ve been forced to represent ourselves in court. We’ve appeared before five different judges across two counties. The case was even moved out of our home county after my ex claimed — without evidence — that the court officials there were conspiring against him.

We now drive over an hour to attend court hearings, while he has not once shown up in person to defend the claims he so freely makes. Currently, he is suing the presiding judge, two previous judges, a custody expert, and others in a federal lawsuit.

It has now been over 1,350 days — more than three and a half years — since I’ve had any contact at all with my oldest son due to alienation from his father. He has never even met his younger sisters, now 4 and 2. My youngest son is allowed only limited, temporary visits — which are often withheld at his father’s discretion. The pain of being separated from them is something no mother should have to endure and is now effecting my girls in them asking for their brothers.

We are humbly asking for support to continue our fight. Your donation will help cover court costs as we represent ourselves, and support our efforts to bring our story to the attention of state legislators and investigative journalists. Multiple domestic violence legal aid groups have told us they’ve never seen a case like this — where the system is so thoroughly exploited without consequence.

My sons are suffering. They’re being kept in isolation in the father’s home, cut off from the safe and loving home they deserve. This experience will impact them for the rest of their lives unless something changes.

I just want to hold all four of my children again. I want my sons to know their sisters. I want to give them the childhood they deserve — one filled with laughter, safety, and unconditional love.
