Bring Gauri Home! (and help Friendicoes!)

Many of you will remember Gauri's story from my trip to India last year (original story link included). We rescued her from a life of suffering at the top of the Ranthambore fort, transporting her (and the three puppies) to Delhi where my friends at Friendicoes nursed Gauri back to health, to eventually send her to live with our family. Poor Gauri has overcome so much. You can see the positive physical changes, and her spirit in the videos has also clearly flourished. After a year of Gauri growing healthier and much planning, she is finally ready to come home! As we have not been successful finding a travel buddy, we are flying her direct to the US. This will cost between one and two thousand dollars. The funds raised will go directly towards the costs of Gauri's transport and care. Every penny raised over that amount will be donated directly back to the Friendicoes rescue organization. Please consider contributing to helping Gauri come home, where she will remain safe and loved for the remainder of her life.
