Bring dad home for better care

My name is Jessie. I'm a mother of two children ages six and three. Like everyone else this year has been difficult. My stepdad died on Easter, my mom and fiance have been settling his affairs.  My older sister broke her leg and needed our assistant. Now we find out that my dad has early signs of dementia. My dad care has been less than adequate at the care facility. We found out he has been overmedicated  since August 21. My dad has been transferred again and again.  At one care facility he had a fall and broke both ankles. Along with his new diagnosis of dementia he is also schizophrenic. As of the 14th of September, my dad is in a rehab center trying to get stronger and heal. I need to bring my dad home, but he currently lives in Arizona and we live in Montana. I have the time but not funds as we have been laid off. We need help with hotel rooms, food, gas, and u-haul for his things, and medical equipment. Any donations is appreciated.
