Bridget Saville's Fund

Bridget Saville, a wife and mother of three children, has been battling Thymoma for four years. She has braved this illness boldly, leaning upon her faith for strength and reassurance all along the way. In treating such a rare tumor of the Thymus gland, Bridget has traveled to cancer treatment centers and participated in clinical trials around the country and has been admitted to the hospital numerous times.

Some endeavors have been more effective than others. But, throughout, she has continued to focus outward, on the needs of others, her friends and family.

Bridget now finds herself in the final phase of her battle and her life. She transitioned to home hospice this week and is expected to reach her final destination within a week or two.

Bridget has been a part of my life for seventeen years. She has extended love, help, and generosity to me and to my family in more ways than I can measure. As her brother-in-law, I would like to help her husband and kids, in some small way, cope with the financial burden that comes with saying goodbye to their wife and mother. Funds raised will cover medical bills incurred over a four year battle with cancer and funeral expenses.
