Brian Maher/ Huntington's disease

Brian has Huntington's disease. This disease is a terminal illness where the protein Huntingon builds up in the brain and starts affecting the brains function.
Calories are burned up to 5000- 10000 a day.
Brian is currently on Social security disability. I just put him in a home that is monitored 24/7/365. Brian's income barely pays his bills much less the additional calories that is needed to take in.
The neurologist has also called for Brian to eat protein bars 2 x a day. Which will all know is very expensive.
I am his ex wife trying to take care of him. His son does not help or visit his father at all. He has already lost his mother, two brothers and a sister from the disease.
Brian is 56 yrs old. He was received the positive results for the disease in 2004 and went on disability in 2007. HD patients are given 10-15 yrs from the date of very symptoms are noticed.
I will be eternally grateful for anyone who can donate to help support his need for the protein bars and addl sugar we give him for the calories. and his medications.
