Our friend and colleague Brian Kumer has made a profound impact on home and building performance in Illinois for many years. He’s poured his blood, sweat and tears into making sure the building community is educated on building codes, energy saving techniques, life safety issues, and best practices for building longevity. He’s trained and mentored countless people and helped them obtain credible certification and higher levels of skill and knowledge.
So as you can imagine it came with great sadness when we learned earlier this year that Brian had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. While the disease so far has been treatable and surgery has gone well, it has placed physical and financial stress on Brian and his family.
To lend a hand to our friend during this challenging time, we are starting a support fund to which we would like to give you the opportunity to contribute.
