Brian & Silvana's IVF Journey

Family, Friends, and those that understand the struggle of trying to conceive...

My brother Brian and his wife Silvana have been dreaming about having a baby for some time now. They both have had health issues and fertility challenges and have had to endure many IUIs and suffer a miscarriage. Doctors have encouraged the expensive procedure known as in-vitro fertilization (IVF) as a last resort. The average cost for IVF in California is $18K-25K for a cycle without medication. The cost in Brazil, where Silvana is from, is about half the price. My brother and his wife have decided to take a break from filming other people's love stories (they are wedding videographers) to focus on growing their family. They will temporarily take a break from work and relocate to Brazil where Silvana will get extra love and support from her mother.

Anyone that knows my brother Brian and/or his wife Silvana, knows that they are both kind, loving, and caring people. They enjoy entertaining, feeding people, and welcoming as many family and friends into their warm home. They are always giving and would not hesitate to help someone in need. They also would never ask for help, especially with something big as this, which is why I'm here!
