Brian elroy McKinley

Brian Elroy McKinley passed away on July 22, 2017 after a long illness.
His partner colleen, deep in her grief, received news on his day of death, after having had been given general power of attorney by Brian over a week ago and requesting from his bank to release his funds at that time, was told , because he has now died, power of attorney is now cancelled . She will have to go to court to have his small amount of funds released. The bank was negligent in processing her request in a timely manner. This money is needed immediately for final expenses. Cremation and a small modest gathering of family and friends was planned but his body will be on hold until money can be paid.
