Bretts prosthetic leg and wheelchair

I’ve set this page up to try and raise funds for Brett who needs a prosthetic leg at the cost of minimum £1300 and a wheelchair.

At the young age of 24 Brett is having to have his right leg below the knee amputated. Brett was suffering pain in his right left in the summer of of 2018 and was in and out of hospital undergoing bloody tests and treatments to fault find the cause of pain. In November 2019 they got to the bottom of the pain and it was blood clots in his lower right leg as foot.

He has already had two operations to put new vanes to get the blood flowing back to his lower right leg and foot. Unfortunately both these operations failed as the bloody in is body wasn’t good enough due to the fact he had lupus and critical limb ischemia. The only other option is to have the right leg below the knee amputated. 

Through all of this Brett has kept a brave smile on his face and like always he has and is still trying to help people wherever and whenever he can. 

This amazing young lad has helped so many people in so many different ways so I think it’s about time we give him a little help. I now times are difficult for everyone right with the corona virus but please try to spare as much as you can, even if it is 1p. It will all help get Brett a prosthetic leg and wheelchair he will need so he can live the rest of his life to the fullest and hello everyone out again.
