Brent Workman's Brain Cancer Battle
Donation protected
Brent is currently an uninsured horse trainer whose job requires him to be active, on his feet or horseback. We are having difficulty comprehending the extent this will impact our family.
From Lisa: Sunday evening as Lisa, Brent and family sat down for a light bite to eat, an event happened that changed our lives forever. Brent had a serious epileptic seizure and was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. There they diagnosed him with a grade 3 cancerous brain tumor in his frontal lobe. I am crushed. We both thought we were out of the woods when I had my transplant in June, 2016. I don't yet know what the next year will bring, but I know we are in some great hands. Dr Bill Stone is friends with a world renowned tumor expert who has already begun working Brent's case for us. As one of our dearest friends put it, "Holy rollers, mount up!"
Thank you for your donations, for sharing, and supporting Lisa and Brent during their battle.
