Brendon Connelly Needs Our Help

Brendon Connelly which some of us know as the “Schwan’s” man desperately needs our help. 2021 has certainly not been the best year for his family. It started off with him and his wife contracting COVID. They were out of work for three months and had to use up all of their leave. While still trying to recover financially and physically from the Covid the unthinkable happened. On July 19 their son Rob Connelly while working in Cumberland he fell through a ceiling about 18 feet. His head and back took the brunt of the fall. He was Medevac by helicopter to Pittsburgh Presby Trauma Center where he underwent surgery to repair the damage done to his spine. Through all this his son has an amazing attitude and believes he will walk again but he currently has no feeling below the waist. He is currently in a rehab at Mercy rehabilitation in Pittsburgh Spinal Care.

Since July 19 Brendon and his wife have been by his side. They have both been out of work for almost 4 weeks with no pay. They promised their  son they wouldn’t leave his side and they have no intentions of doing so. As you can imagine all of their bills are stacking up and falling behind. They are staying in a hotel close to their son and are scraping up barely enough for gas and food.
