Brendans Fight Against Brain Cancer
Donation protected
On Monday the 12th of Febuary Brendan recieved news regarding results of a recently found brain tumour. The results were more serious than originally expected and Brendan was told he had a high grade glioma.
Due to the location of the tumour being at the centre of the brain it is considered a high risk operation so therefore at the time the only possible treatment will be chemotherapy and radiotherapy which we have been told has a five percent success rate, in saying that we just recieved news that the top neurologist in Australia is having a look at Brendan's Medical files and that an operation maybe possible.
Brendan is only 31 years young and as you can imagine the news has devastated everyone around him especially his family.
2018 is meant to be Brendans year he just had a beautiful baby girl 9 weeks ago named Bridget and he is due to marry his fiance Ruby in Fiji in October, plus he is also in the middle of building his first house.
We are currently exploring all options of treatment both traditional and alternative, but every option is both exspensive and the road to recovery is a long one. But Brendan is a fighter and with your help we are sure that we will be able to kick the shit out of cancer....
Thank you in advanced for your support and kind words
