Around this time of year I usually decide to put my broken body through something proper stupid to raise awareness for the fight against breast cancer and this time around i’ve landed on competing at the Sunshine Coast IRONMAN

not quite got the plums to attempt the full one so the distances are:

1.9km (1.2 miles) Ocean Swim

90km (56 miles) Bike ‍♂️

21.1km (13.1 miles) Half Marathon ‍♂️

Over the years we’ve managed to raise over SIX thousand dollars for multiple breast cancer charities in the UK and Australia, it would be incredible if we could add to this and I will add a donation link to my bio️

We were very lucky in our family, my beautiful mother the legend that is Big Ang fought and won her battle but other families are not so fortunate so let’s keep up the fight!

I’m also knocking the ale on the head to give myself the best chance of completing the race as the training is going to be mental so if you don’t see me knockin about drinking juicy IPA’s over the next 3 MONTHS this is the reason why
