Breast and bone cancer expenses

Donation protected
Our youngest sister Ellen farmer has always been full of life. She has overcome many obstacles throughout her active life. When she was just 6 years old she developed arthritis in her joints. She did not let this get in her way during her childhood and young adult life. By age 45 the arthritis was so severe she could not work anymore and had many surgeries to reshape bones on her feet and hands. At the same time she was having all these arthritis procedures she was told she had breast cancer. Being as tough as she is she fought through it. Doctors removed the breast and things were looking good until around 18 months later. She was tired all the time and wanted only to sleep. She went in for a checkup last month and was showed numerous x-rays of late stage bone cancer. She did not take it easy and neither did us brother's and sisters. The only doctor that will accept her insurance is in Tucson at a 140 mile round trip. She still has to pay copays of 20 percent. This is a huge burden on her and her family. Ellen chose to go through chemotherapy starting beginning of July 2017. The farmer family has never asked for help with anything but are desperate in trying to relieve Ellen of some financial burden. Cancer is the focus not copays. I am respectfully asking for help in this unexpected hardship and every penny would be a blessing. We all prey for our little sister Ellen. All wonderful donations would go to copays and travel expenses. Nothing else. Thank you so much for reading our story and hope this reaches the hearts of willing donors. Thank you. Dennis farmer
