Jason Needs Surgery ASAP!
Hello Everyone,
My name is Jacqleen and I am raising money for my husband Jason. Jason is a 33 year old gentleman with a family of four at home. Jason is the hardest working man I know and has a work ethic seen and observed to be of many years ago. Jason works a forty plus hour week to support his family, then comes home and helps his community, friends, and extended family. Jason is a volunteer firefighter on a local department as well and loves being ready to support and protect his community.
In June of 2013, Jason and the whole family were in a car accident caused by another vehicle with no car insurance covering the accident. By the grace of God, our children who were in the back seat were not harmed. As parents, you ask to take on the pain for your children and hope they are never harmed and in this case, God was with us that day keeping the children safe. We have worked for over a year now to get healthy and keep our family strong. Slowly we have been getting better, but Jason has taken a major step back.
In March of this year, Jason started developing pain in his hip. As we started going through the process of determining the cause of pain, Jason has seen five doctors and traveled over 500 miles to see these doctors, received x-rays, MRI’s, extremely painful injections into his hip joint, and physical therapy all while still working and being an amazing father and husband. Over a six month process, we found out Jason is going to require a surgery as soon as possible to his hip. Every time Jason walks, his femur bone which has a bone protrusion is causing extensive damage to his hip, causing extreme pain. The pain is the indicator something is seriously wrong and the bone protrusion is like a large screw going into his hip every time he walks or changes position. If not fixed soon, Jason will require a total hip replacement in the next year or two because the damage will be too far gone to safe any of the original hip.
So, as a family, we are praying for any help anyone is willing to give to fund Jason to get the surgery he desperately needs. Jason needs surgery immediately and will require an immense amount of time off after to heal correctly. Our family is working and are saving as much money a low income family can in these times for his surgery, but we need help. We are appreciative of our lives and are praying the good will of others will carry us through the tough times ahead. We are currently putting all of our faith out to the world with the hope someone can help and we are thankful for prayers, donations, and sharing of this page to continue spreading the campaign.
