Brittney Welch lung cancer fund

My beautiful, amazing, little sister, Brittney Welch, was diagnosed with lung cancer on December 6th.  She is a wife, and mother of 4 incredible kids, who are all under the age of 12.  This diagnosis has turned her family's life upside down.  While they maintain an attitude of hope, and faith in God, they are heavily burdened with medical expenses, that are sure to continue to pile up as she begins treatment. Her husband recently became self employed.  Their medical insurance does not cover many of the expenses of her care.  She will soon undergo surgery to remove an entire lobe of her lung.  We are unsure if further surgical procedures will be needed.  What we do know is that she'll have extensive medical expenses associated with her treatment.  Therapies, medications, equipment and medical supplies, are all things that may not be covered by her insurance, and will be out-of-pocket expenses.  In addition to these demands, her husband will miss much work in order to be at her side, and caring for the needs of their 4 children.  As her big sister, I am trying to do all that I can to ease the financial burden for their family.   As we understand very well how difficult it can be to choose where to place your charitable donations, please do not feel pressured.  We do, however, appreciate every single dollar donated.  This family does not ask for help, or financial assistance to meet their needs, so I will do it for them.  Please help if you are able, and your heart is touched by their story.
