Brandon Gibson Funeral Costs

Brandon Gibson  entered my life almost 17 years ago when I was a new teacher at Carroll-Oakland School & he was my 7th grade student. Brandon was in my class for just 2 years but during that time he captured a piece of my heart forever. In the years since I've taught thousands of kids  but he was truly 1 in a million, someone you never forget & always root for. I was privileged to be a part of his life as he became an adult & a father to his 2 sons, whom he adored. Brandon was kind & generous, with a dimpled grin that lit up the room. His silly sense of humor was always evident.  When I saw him a few months ago as he got ready to leave he said  "I love ya"  to which I replied "You know you'll always be my favorite." He smiled & said "I know!" This world will be a much darker place in his absence. Brandon's death was sudden & no one is ever prepared to bury a young man of 28. On behalf of his parents, siblings & friends I respectfully ask for your thoughts, prayers & any contributions you can make to help them with his funeral expenses. Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home in Lebanon is handling arrangements, & the visitation & funeral will be held on Sunday January 14, 2018. Most of all, I ask that you lift all of who loved & mourn him up in prayer.  To remember his 2 sons, his sister, brother, parents, step parents & family in your continued prayers.
