Brain Surgery Help for Nanay Minda

Our wonder mother is visiting us in Canada from the Philippines and has experienced a medical emergancy.  A month before she was due to return, we noticed she was struggling to walk. We worked to try to get her home but unfortunately things worsened quickly and she ended up in Toronto Western Hospital in the ICU with what we came to learn was a brain cyst.  

She has now undergone surgery and is thankfully starting to show signs of recovery, though still experiencing paralysis on her right side.  It has been a shock for our family and is made more stressful by the fact thst our mother's travel health insurance ran out shortly before the symptoms started. 

Our family will be working for years to pay off the over $100,000 in bills accumulating.  We are hoping our friends will help us raise some extra money to put towards the enormous debt. 

We understand that all our friends in Canada are working very hard to build their lives and support family back home, so please know we are beyond thankful for your prayers and support.  Any help no matter how small will be a blessing.
