Angel Ndayishimiye Education Funding

Angel is a Business and Sociology double major at Messiah University. She is originally from Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) and is in the US to further her education. Her parents have not been able to provide the financial support that they expected due to financial issues at home. She needs about $4000 just to be able to pay off her current bill for this fall and register for spring semester classes. Additional money would help to pay her spring tuition.

While we hope that her family's financial position will improve, we hope to bless her parents by enabling her to take care of these expenses without feeling like a burden on them or being unable to continue her education at Messiah. The current pandemic has not helped the situation as her first-year sponsor has had to back out due to financial uncertainty.

As her host parents, we have loved having Angel living in our home. She works multiple jobs on campus to make some money and has gotten involved with international and diversity groups on campus as well as making a wonderful group of friends. Her grades are good and she shows great promise as a student, we hope that she will be able to continue her studies her full time at Messiah, rather than being forced to leave the US before being able to complete her degree.
