On October 3 our family received the most devastating news anyone can ever receive. Our father, son, brother, uncle passed away unexpectedly in Wilmington NC. Michael had just relocated to NC in May 2018 to start a new chapter in life. Our hearts hurt because we lost him but we smile knowing he was where he wanted to be doing what he wanted to do. Michael was always the first to lend a hand to anyone who needed him. He will be missed so very dearly by his family and friends but we know he will be kept in the hearts of everyone that knew him.

Any donations received will be used for funeral expenses in addition to travel expenses to get his children home to be with him one last time.
