As owners, chef and director of operations, and as women entrepreneurs, our businesses are our dedication. Like many in our restaurant community, we need your help
In January 2020 the coronavirus came to the world’s attention, business in San Francisco started to slowly change as International business began to grapple with what it could potentially mean. We experienced event cancellations on mass, and dwindling daily business. And, by March, we are all impacted in ways we have not experienced before.
We are formulating our next steps for Boulettes.
We're committed to doing everything we can to support the individual members of our team, and yet, we need resources to pay wages, salaries, health care, and other expenses related to having employees.
Our employees are poised to return to work, but we need two things : surety that we are not putting our staff in harm’s way and financial assistance while they are on the sidelines.
Additionally, we deeply respect our vendors and farmers and fish monger and ranchers. These are the heroes of the good food movement and they need to be paid and to be shored up as we all weather this together.
