Boston RES Ingress Anomaly Fund

An Ingress Anomaly is like a combination battle and convention. Ingress players come from near and far to meet their teammates and fight their rivals in cities chosen by gamemaster Niantic. One of the cities so named is Boston, MA with a date of July 28, 2018.
If you've ever been to one of these events, you know that host city representatives put in enormous effort to organize a fun, safe, and hopefully winning day for their team. As one of the official Points of Contact for the Resistance in Boston for this event I would like this to be an awesome experience for everyone and I want the resistance to bring in a win.
There are a lot of details that go into organizing, and money on hand makes things easier or even possible. Money will come in via swag sales, but that is not immedately available during the pre-anomaly process. The local organizing committee members for this event do not get paid and in my opinion should not have to front large amounts of personal cash to make this happen (even though Ingress is the most expensive free game I have ever played).
Funding from this campaign may be used for: deposits for an afterparty location and other hospitality locations, down payments on swag, any necessary permits, printing, stationary and mailing costs, physical security tokens, supplies such as bottled water and first aid items, op-related travel needs and other similar things. All in and outgoing money will be tracked.
We have already recieved a donation from the resistance organizers of an earlier anomaly in Washington DC that they have generously given to us as a seed. If our swag sales exceed expectations, extra funding will go towards our afterparty, and excess beyond that may be passed along to the resistance at a future anomaly.
