Bonnie's Brain Surgery Medical Fund

Hi friends,
In February of this year (2016), our mother, Bonnie Symonette, was diagnosed with a brain tumor on the frontal lobe of her brain causing brain seizures which resulted in memory loss. As you can imagine this was scary for us as her kids. We are all away in college and were not with her during these episodes. We all feared for her health and wellbeing. The doctor told her that it was imporant to have the tumor removed as soon as possible and the side effects would become more frequent and severe and even life threatening.

In March she was admitted to the hospital where she underwent a successful surgery to remove the tumor, spending a week in the ICU. After being discharged, she travelled back home to the Bahamas where she was experiencing complications from the surgery. After returning to Florida for the second time, we found out the pain she was having was because of multiple blood clots throughout her body and lungs.

As a result, our family has incurred tremendous medical expenses which insurance will not cover. We as a family are asking for any support that you can give. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and continue to keep our mother in your prayers.

Warmest regards,
The Symonette family
