Bond's surgery cost

Donation protected
****UPDATE**** I apologize for not updating this sooner, I have been in and out of sleep. As of 3:16pm Bond's surgery went well without any complications. He did in fact  burst part of his disk between c15 and c16 and that  was causing swelling  pinching his spine leaving him  paralyzed in his hinde legs. The doctors  prognosis is he has a 90% chance of walking again, but  we have a long road to recovery  making sure he doesn't hurt himself again. I cannot  express my gratitude for everyone helping and sharing this. Thank  you all.******

Atme and my puppy Bond came to greet me running down the stairs. I was carrying an armfull of stuff and told him to go back up stairs Midway down the steps. Bond get excited easily and made it to the bottom step quickly and attempted to turn on on a dime to head back up the stairs like a good boy. He turned and started back up and slipped and I heard him Yelp. We have wood floors so getting a grip is a little difficult. I assumed he hurt his paw because he couldnt make it back up the stairs without sliding back down. I carried him to the top and set him down and he was talking funny(like he had vertigo). Checked his paws right away to see if he hurt something. He did not complain anywhere I would touch and move. I got him to his bed and had him lay down do make sure he wouldn't hurt himself anymore. He would stand up and try to walk and seemed like he was getting better. I gave him a anti-inflammatory to help with possible swelling and pain and would take him to the vet if he didn't improve. I stayed up monitoring him and he was able to fall asleep for a little bit( finally was able to relax). At 3am he tried to stand up and seemed like he was having a back spasms and I was able to call him back down. I tried to take him outside to pee and that's when he would no longer put weight on his back paws and dragged his rear paws. At that point I got him the the emergency vet in Grayslake and was forward to their sister location in Chicago(Premier Veterinarian Group) to get and MRI. I am typing this as we wait to hear the extent of the injury he has. Was told it could be a burst disk and that would require surgery. Unfortunately I never imagined I would need pet insurance so here I am maxing out 2 credit cards to make sure he gets the attention he needs. What hurts the most if during the entire ordeal he has not complained one bit and has been super friendly with the vet tech and doctors. He does not deserve this pain and hopefully he is able to make it through this and be able to walk again. I usually never ask for this kind of help, but I have come to a dead end on knowing how I'm going to pay these bills back in a timely manner. I will be selling off a lot of my items I have a home to help pay for this, but I would greatly appreciate any kind of help. Whatever extra money I get from this will be going back to a charity to help others in this similar situation. Again, and help would be great, even if you just share this. I will keep you updated as soon as we hear anything on his prognosis.
