FACT: Off-the-rack lingerie isn't made for every woman.  It's made for a small portion of the population who fall into rigid size requirements and body types.  There is a segregation of sizes, the models used are not relatable, and the fits are inconsistent.  Rather than making every woman feel sexy, today's lingerie makes most women feel excluded.  Our solution is to design for fit, form and function.

Shameless, Inc. is the brainchild of Jenn Hyman, an award-winning professional boudoir photographer and body image activist.   After years of photographing women of all shapes and sizes, in different stages of their lives, Jenn heard numerous stories of poor experiences with lingerie.  She made it her mission to bring change to this industry.

In late 2017 Jenn and her partner, Chris Cathers, started Shameless and with the help of industry veteran, Sharon Dickinson, amazing fit flexible designs were engineered with a variety of body types in mind.  Over the course of 15 months $400k has been invested into creating a lingerie brand for the every day woman.  Bra's that are true to size, body suits & cami's that flatter your curves, daily wear panties that feel and look amazing.  The team has enlisted the help of 100's of local women during fittings to test these designs on a multitude of body shapes and sizes and has had incredible feedback from every one.

We're raising $75k which will fund the remaining balance on our products so that we can start not only selling the items but helping women feel more comfortable and confident in their skin.  The products are sewn, product photography done, branding & website are completed, marketing in progress.  This is the finish line... and we need your help!

The Shameless Pledge is part of the body positive movement, which focuses on changing your approach to body image issues. Body image anxiety has been seen in children as young as five years old, and the ugly truth is that appearance is one of the main reasons why children are bullied in school.

Anxiety related to body image can cause eating disorders, weight gain, lack of confidence, and a decreased will to exercise and eat healthy—all of which result in not going after what you want in life.

What the media reflects is not reality. At Shameless, we pledge to design inclusive apparel for as many shapes and sizes as possible. We pledge to reflect reality by using models you can relate to in both diversity and lifestyle. We pledge to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for all bodies.
