Bobby needs help with his vet bills

Hi, my name is Ben, I am raising money to try and help pay for Bobby's vet bills.

Bobby is a beautiful 9 year old pug who we have recently rescued and have given a forever home too for his later years.

When we rescued Bobby he was seriously underweight, you could see his spine and his ribs, it was very clear he had been seriously neglected.

His nails were so long they had actually curled round and were touching his pads! Bobby was in a terrible state and needed a lot of love and fuss.

Bobby had never been vaccinated, wormed or flea treated, so I have managed to get all that done for him as well as having his nails clipped, and he is already so much better.

Bobby had regularly been given chocolate as part of his diet and he had no consistent good quality food prior to coming to live here.

He is now on a much better quality food, chocolate has now been banned (sorry Bobby) and he has started to gain some weight which is amazing.

When he visited the vet for a health check up, it was identified that Bobby had several rotten teeth and a very clear gum infection, as well as severe plaque. He also has missing teeth which we believe have fallen out over time.

Bobby needs to have some dental surgery and this is very expensive.

Due to bobby's age, insurance is not really an option and most of the companies that will insure him will not cover his dental costs.

I am trying to raise the money to pay for his dental work, x-rays and blood tests to check on his liver and kidney function.

Bobby is such a loving and friendly boy and I really want to make his retirement a happy one.
