Bob Rasmussen Memorial

Bob Rasmussen, longtime MSERA Colleague and MSER Foundation Board Member, passed away peacefully at his home in Bossier City, November 30, 2020. Bob was an integral part of MSERA; serving as President of the1984 Annual Meeting in New Orleans, Over the years he also served MSERA as Secretary/Treasurer, At-Large Director, Local Arrangements Chair, Nominations Chair, Vice President, and Past President. Bob chaired the committee to draft the Constitution and By-Laws of the Mid-South Educational Research Foundation (MSERF) and was the first President of the MSERF Board of Directors.
