Help Ben get the treatment he needs

Hi, my name is Katie and I’m fundraising money for a very poorly German shepherd. I would like you to meet Ben the German Shepard. On Sunday the 29th of January 2023, we seen a disturbing post upon Facebook saying an individual has left one of his 2 dogs at his old address in a shed. This individual was previously known to give his dogs alcohol, as-well as neglect and abuse them! Ben was left With a plug in heater. I myself went down the the old address to get Ben (the German Shepard) as it was far too cold for him to be in there! Once I got to the address my heart sank the garden was appalling, there was shattered glass, knifes, rats, and dog poo all over, I had then proceeded to the shed. I opened the door to utter shock! And sickness, Ben had looked to be left there un attended for a few weeks, there was no floor walking space, dog poo in every inch of the shed. No sign of food or water, and multiple electric wires around. Sharps pieces of wood. Glass and nails/screws. Bens heath looks very deteriorated, he was highly dehydrated and starving, his ribs are clearly visible, along with a sharp panting for water. He has hair missing under his chin and nasty sores upon his elbows, he seems to have a really bad ear infection winging, to any and every noise.
