Bluejay's Bakery Grand Opening

Bluejay's Bakery is currently a home based baked goods company specializing in cakes and desserts. We currently sell our goods at the Palafox Farmers market and take special cake orders such as wedding and birthday cakes through our website. We are proud to accomedate any dietary restrictrions. 

In a years time we have out grown our current kitchen and are moving towards a storefront. We will be in the newly renovated Blount Building inside the breezway, we're so excited to be a part of all the new buisness residing in One Palafox Place. Through GoFundMe we're reaching out to the community in hopes of making this happen! We currently have a timeline of completing our storefront by October 2017 so all donations will be used right away to get our construction and equipment installed. 

It's been a long journey making it back to my hometown of Pensacola, Florida; but this is where I knew I would need to plant my seeds. Giving my community the joy of creativity at a personal and intimate level is an absolute dream come true.
