Recycle Blister Packs (coz Big Pharma won't)

Donation protected
Can you help us recycle the blister packs the big pharmaceutical companies won't pay for?
Even a small amount can help!
You may remember that during the recent War on Waste series on ABC we took blister packs to large pharmaceutical companies to ask why they don't fund the recycling of their packaging.
We dropped off a truck load to a location we found that could recycle them. Just over 1.4 tonnes of blister packs.
Sadly to recycle these involves a cost and the pharmaceutical companies have refused to stump up any money.
So we're asking for contributions to keep this out of landfill!
Let's show big pharma what being responsible for our waste looks like.

The recycled aluminium will be used to make De-oxidant pucks which are used in the steel making process.
The recycled plastic will used to make building materials such as bricks, blocks and eco-aggregates.

To get a better understanding of the story, you can still check out the series which is available to view on ABC iview.
