BlissedBodywork.com My name is Bhrigha Getz and I am the sole proprietor owner of Blissed Bodywork, LLC. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Energy Alchemist Healer. I’ve spent over 25 years helping people be more Blissed in person and never asked for charity before. Until now. Since the outbreak of COVID19 in Washington state, I went from a packed schedule, booked nearly 2 weeks out to 4 clients, to none, and was forced to close my business for who knows how long when Governor Inslee issued a Stay Home order on March 22 to help stop the spread. I’ve been working nonstop to promote online yoga classes (both private and group) as well as distance healings, and intuitive readings, but had very little luck. While other people continue with their jobs and adjust to working from home, or vacation at home, I’m exhausted from trying to figure out how to make money & be of service from home. I spent 4 hours today trying to apply for the new stimulus unemployment online and had my application kicked back twice, saying I’m not eligible. They have not updated their system yet, and who knows when or if I may see any money. It could be weeks or months. Meanwhile, my business bills are due. Rent, phone, internet, office supplies like printer ink, now online marketing bills like Zoom, etc. My business costs between $1500-2000 a month just to cover expenses, and that doesn’t even allow me to pay myself anything. My husband is a full time student, we both have underlying medical conditions that put us at risk of contracting the coronavirus, so we cannot go get a job at a grocery store.
It may take weeks or months to receive any federal money so as embarrassing as it may be, I’m asking for help to keep my business afloat until I can get back to my beautiful office and help people in person once again.
