Hey everyone, I’m mostly known as Soulbunni online due to my art and Youtube Video Essays. Being public has making critical videos and speaking against racism has lead to me being dehumanized to the point of being doxxed by a large content creator who has a hate boner against me. Sensitive information was posted on their YouTube channel with no care for my safety. I’m a black trans full time student too so I’m currently locked in for the semester until December 15th.
I’ve been already wanting and talking about wanting to move away from my rural racist college town. The amount of mirco aggressions and racism I’ve had to endure here being a out spoken activist within the past 2 years here has done deep emotional harm to me. I’ve been isolating and rarely going out since I feel very uncomfortable being the only black person in the room 90% of the time. I literally usually only go to school and then straight home if I don’t have errands.
Moves are very expensive especially when moving out of state to a large progressive west coast city. Not only is moving out of California costly but finding the time to fly out to Portland to view potential housing in person to ensure my safety is a expense that I currently don’t have as a student.
I know times are hard so I don’t expect everyone to be able to donate but something as simple as a share would help so much!
