Help Black Rebel After Bike Fire

On September 6th Black Rebel's motorcycle suspiciously exploded in flames minutes after he had got off. It was a total loss along with all of his cash and several other items. As of now we suspect it was arson. We need to get him a replacement so he can continue to go to events. The bike the only transportation he had.
