Everybody at The Black Bull, Sedbergh, is incredibly proud of the lifesaving work the NHS are undertaking to help all of us during the current Coronavirus crisis.
Which is why we want to do a little something to help support them.
We may not be healthcare superheroes, but our team of chefs led by Nina Matsunaga do have a particular set of culinary skills, which we want to put to good use and help our brave NHS front-line carers.
Nina and her team are keen to do something to help, which is why they have decided to dedicate their time (totally unpaid), to preparing healthy, wholesome meals for our valuable NHS front-line carers, to save them time and to help keep them fuelled, so that they can continue to carry out their vital work.
The meals we prepare will be delivered centrally to our local hospital, Westmorland General, Kendal.
Which is why we are asking you our customers, staff, and friends to donate a little to help us to deliver as many meals as possible. This will help keep our valuable front-line NHS staff fed and fighting fit, so they in turn can help us.
Every donation you make no matter how big or how small, will really make a difference and helps us all in the fight against Covid-19.
We want to take this opportunity to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for any donations you may make to help keep our NHS fed.
