Jake and Jules Medical fund

Most of you who are reading this have recently found out about Jake's diagnoses of Leukemia. Life can throw us such curveballs that we are never prepared for. As we all know, this will be a long and difficult road for Jake. He is such a strong, awesome guy and we know he will beat this and keep his sense of humor throughout the whole process. Jake is at Jefferson and they are the top cancer docs who will help cure him. Along with the doctors he is going to need a strong support group. Friends, family and loved ones--We all have a part in this. We are here to help raise money for whatever Jake, Jules and his family may need. Whether this goes to medical bills, food, comforts to make the hospital feel like home, or simply parking at the hospital(which can add up)... every penny will help. It would mean so much to everyone if we could all chip in whatever we can to make this easier on them. Life is a blessing, and we are all lucky to have Jake and Jules in our lives so lets help them out. We are super thankful for anyone who donates and it will not be forgotten. God bless.
