Jace was born July 2nd with skeletal dysplasia and has breathing problems along with it. Jace is on Oxygen and doctor's arent seeing the improvement that they want just yet. Mom and dad ate in San Fransisco with him, which is 5 hours from home.
Donations would be helpful to help with lodging, gas, food and other major expenses that will rise. We look forward to the day he is home with mom and dad and especially his big brother Dylan. Thank you for your support my brother
